We want to take today, International Women's Day to not only recognise the value of our diversity but to also shout out our amazing women who make Traffio better every single day. We firmly believe that a diverse workforce fosters creativity, drives innovation, and ultimately leads to greater success.

Within Traffio, we are fortunate to have a roster of remarkable women leaders who inspire and drive our company forward. These women, including Kat McDevitt, Tara Leach, Tahni Garo, Shenai Jones, Sasha Andersen, Faraneh Pourgoshtasbi, Bella Hu and Ankita Goel, they embody values of leadership, innovation, resilience and good fun. Their contributions are invaluable, not only in their respective roles but also in setting an example for future generations of leaders.

We are proud of the representation of women within our ranks and across an array of roles! Each of our amazing eight women contributes not their unique perspectives, but their talents, and experiences to our collective success. The value they have in our team is priceless. Our team of women fill roles including Customer Success Team Management, Software Development, and Marketing and Communications, with the majority of our females in predominantly male-dominated positions of Software Development.

We understand the importance of not only hiring women but also providing them with equal opportunities for growth and advancement within Traffio. We are committed to breaking down barriers and ensuring that there are no artificial limitations on anyone's potential.
