Client Portal
The Client Portal is a dedicated web application created by Traffio for your clients, providing them with an interface to connect directly with your business. The aim of this application is to help you improve communication with your clients and better streamline your operations. Client contacts will only have access to this application after you've invited them to connect with your business using the client portal. Read more here.
You're able to manage the access of the client contacts to the portal at any time. If you wanted to revoke this access at any time, it is a matter of Blocking them from the Client Portal. When you block a client contact they will no longer be able to access the company data regarding to jobs that you had completed for their company. If you have automatic invites set up, this blocked client contact will not relieve these. Read more here
These Client contacts can also have their profile unblocked as well.
From a client's perspective, they are able to view booking and project data that is related to their company. They're unable to view any work that you may have done for any other of your clients. They are also unable to view any items in the system you have chosen to be hidden from the client.
Client contacts are able to view:
Bookings' current status
Booking documents & notes that are not hidden from Clients
Booking permits
Booking dockets and pocket notes. Excluding the Private notes.
Forms submitted on-site
Their archived bookings and projects
